How do I reserve an item to collect in store?

Caseluggage is pleased to offer a reserve & collect service in our stores. Simply reserve the items online, the store will call you to confirm availability & then come in store to pay for your items. Please note - items will be held in store for a maximum of seven days, unless you request an extension from us. The store will contact you when the item is ready to collect - please be advised that it is not always possible to collect your item on the day of your reservation as the stock may not be available in your chosen store on that day.

PLEASE NOTE - any online discounts, promotions or special offers can not be combined with any in store discounts, promotions or special offers.  

The 10% discount code when registering to the Case newsletter will NOT be applied at Case Gatwick store(s).

Click on the “Add to Basket” button on any product page to add the items to your basket.

In your basket select the “Reserve and Collect” option.

Enter your contact details & select the store that you wish to collect your order from

You will receive confirmation of your order via email & your chosen store will notify you by email or phone to let you know that your items are ready to collect.
